Well it has now been at least four months since I last burned an MP3 CD. At one time MP3 sites actually had music on them now all I see is gay XXX bull shit (Yes I was very happy to be running lynx at the time).
It isn't really worth the time any more to read through 10/20 screens full of shitty MP3s to find out the link is broken on the one you wanted.
Even if you happen to get lucky and find a link that works the quality is usually less than acceptable or who ever uploaded it cut the last half of the song off.
So what is the answer? Give up? Not exactly.
Updates will probably be a little slower now that the net is no longer a
good source for MP3s but I hope to keep the CDS coming. Every time some
one brings a CD over I try to rip a copy (something most MP3 users don't
know how to do) and put it on the next CD.
At any rate you should be able to find something good on this CD as it has quite a variety of music. It's not an album CD as I promised on the index file of the last CD but it does have quite a few albums.
I have once again included an Index File on this CD so you can see the full filenames even though ISO9660 is limited to 30 characters.
I won't make a fool out of myself and predict when the next MP3 CD will be ready but you can always check the Ground Resources web site for updates.
